Here at Artvista Gallery, we don’t believe in "good enough". We will always make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving an order to get a FULL refund.
We offer complimentary exchange for damaged item. If you have a damaged item during transportation, we thoroughly apologize, and ask that you send us a message and include your order number and a photo of your damaged artwork.Let us deal with courier companies.we will ship out the replacement just in a few days.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If the goods received are damaged, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Please note the following is required for a returns request to be accepted:
- it has to be less than 30 days since you have received the artwork
- the artwork must be in the same condition as it arrived and in appropriate packaging––ideally in its original packaging
- please note artworks must be carefully readied for return shipment in their original packaging in order to qualify for a refund
- it is important therefore that you take care when unpacking received artworks
For artworks that arrived damaged we ask for a photo of the damage to be provided so that we can learn more about what went wrong with our particular shipment.
*If the packaging was insufficient, please package to the best of your ability and be sure to take pictures for insurance purposes.
Please note: you have 30 days from receipt of the artwork in which to request a return and a further 14 days in which to fulfill it.
REFUNDS
Once we receive the returned items, it will take up to 3 business days for us to process the refund. For PayPal and Shop-Pay account holders, up to 3 business days for the transaction to appear on your PayPal or Shop Pay account.
For credit card refunds.between 7-15 business days for the transaction to be completed.
